316L Stainless Steel Compression fitting to PIPE pipe butt weld joint

This product is made of 316L stainless steel, a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel (≤0.03% C). The low carbon content of 316L significantly reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion after welding, making this fitting suitable for harsh chemical processes and high-purity fluid transport systems. The compression fitting end consists of three main parts: a pressure ring that compresses the pipe through threads to form a tight metal-to-metal seal; a nut that tightens the pressure ring through threads to secure the pipe to the fitting; and an internal design with a transitional conical surface or stepped hole to ensure that the pressure ring fully compresses the pipe to form a seal when the nut is tightened, while also dispersing stress and preventing pipe deformation.
