316L Stainless Steel Compression fitting internal thread side tee

Compression fittings are the core sealing method of this product, and their working principle is based on the elastic-plastic deformation of metallic materials. When the compression nut is tightened, the axial force pushes the front and rear compression fittings along the conical surface of the joint. The front compression fitting contracts radially and fits tightly against the outer wall of the pipe and the sealing surface of the joint, thus forming a reliable metal-to-metal seal. The rear compression fitting clamps the pipe, providing strong mechanical locking force and preventing axial slippage, while also enhancing vibration resistance. This double compression fitting structure effectively prevents leakage and maintains a stable seal even under high pressure. The product undergoes rigorous quality control procedures during production, including material composition testing, dimensional inspection, pressure testing, and sealing performance testing, to ensure that each product meets industrial application standards.
