Compression fitting internal thread elbow

This product is made of high-quality 316L austenitic stainless steel and incorporates an advanced ferrule-type mechanical seal design, enabling it to maintain excellent sealing performance and mechanical stability even in high-pressure, high-temperature, and highly corrosive environments. Compared to ordinary 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel has a higher corrosion resistance rating, especially maintaining stable performance in acidic, alkaline, and saline environments over long periods. It features a precision-machined one-piece main body structure, combined with a front ferrule, a rear ferrule, and a lock nut to form a complete connection system. The connector body is machined with high-precision CNC to create a smooth internal flow channel; the front ferrule primarily provides the sealing function, forming a tight metal-to-metal contact with the pipe surface through axial compression during installation, thus achieving a highly reliable seal; the rear ferrule mainly provides mechanical support and locking, firmly securing the pipe and improving the vibration resistance of the connection.
