Double external thread right angle connector

316L stainless steel 90° female-threaded and male-threaded elbows are specialized right-angle fittings for industrial piping systems. Forged from ultra-low carbon 316L stainless steel as a single, integral unit, they facilitate a 90° change in fluid flow direction.

1. Female-threaded elbow: Features female threads at both ends; used to connect two male-threaded pipes at a right angle.
2. Male-threaded elbow: Features male threads at both ends; used to connect to equipment with female-threaded ports for a right-angle transition. Also available is the male-female threaded elbow (featuring female threads at one end and male threads at the other), suitable for installations requiring different thread types or offset connections.

Thread specifications support NPT, BSP, G, and M (metric/imperial) standards. These fittings allow for direct threaded connection without welding and are compatible with gas, liquid, and steam media. They are widely used in piping systems across industries such as chemicals, hydrogen energy, water treatment, instrumentation, biopharmaceuticals, and coastal environments subject to salt spray.
