The male-threaded right-angle needle valve is a precision instrument control valve featuring male threads at both ends and an integrated L-shaped (90°) flow path. Machined from a single forged piece of 316L stainless steel, it combines three functions: a 90-degree pipeline turn, media shut-off, and fine flow regulation. Unlike female-threaded or compression-fitting right-angle needle valves, this product features exposed male threads that screw directly into female-threaded pressure ports or valve block ports without requiring additional adapters or fittings. It is ideally suited for terminal connection points—such as equipment interfaces, pressure gauge bases, or valve block outlets—effectively resolving the issues associated with traditional configurations (which often involve a cumbersome stack of valves, elbows, and adapters, leading to stress concentration and multiple potential leak points). It is a specialized valve component designed for high-pressure instrument pressure-sensing and sampling circuits.
