The double-ferrule right-angle needle valve is a precision control valve featuring an integrated 90-degree angular flow path. Unlike conventional straight-through needle valves with linear flow paths, this valve utilizes an L-shaped layout with inlet and outlet ports at a right angle; its double-ferrule ends allow for the direct connection of rigid instrumentation tubing, and the valve body is precision-machined from solid bar stock. Integrating 90-degree flow redirection, shut-off functionality, and fine flow throttling into a single unit, it eliminates the need for additional elbows. It is specifically designed to address piping routing challenges in tight spaces—such as the corners of control cabinets, panel sides, or equipment sidewalls—while avoiding the multiple connections and potential leak points associated with "straight-through needle valve plus elbow" assemblies. It serves as a specialized valve component for applications including instrumentation sampling, purge lines, and high-density gas piping within cabinets.
